Her invaluable two-year assignment as a Diversity Facilitator reflected her commitment to fostering inclusivity and unity within the workplace.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Debra's artistic and creative talents shine brightly. She is an accomplished playwright with over three decades of experience, and her work has left an indelible mark on audiences. She founded Alpha and Omega Theater, which not only staged compelling productions but has also taken its artistry on the road, captivating audiences in Long Island, New York, at colleges and churches. One of her notable productions, ``Arise People of God Arise,`` stands as a testament to her ability to craft, produce, and direct powerful stage plays.

In addition to her theatrical accomplishments, Debra McNair ventured into the realm of music, creating the project CD ``Arise Women of God Arise,`` released in 2007, as a testament to her multifaceted talents.

Recently, Debra expanded her artistic footprint by establishing the New Beginnings Theater and Performing Arts Training Center in Port Huron, Michigan.
